The Comodo Regional Community Leader provides Comodo leaders with the customer insights and real-world voices it needs to continue empowering cybersecurity and IT professionals with the world’s most innovative and impactful tools, services, and solutions.

The program recognizes the world’s top technology visionaries for their proven cross-platform technical expertise, community leadership, and commitment to business results. You will typically find Regional Directors keynoting at top industry events, leading community groups and local initiatives, running technology-focused companies, or consulting on and implementing the latest breakthrough within a multinational corporation.

Do Comodo Regional Community Leaders work for Comodo?

No, Comodo Regional Community Leader s are not employed by Comodo. In some cases, Regional Directors or their companies may have contracts to deliver goods or services to  Comodo but they are not employees.

How are Comodo Regional Community Leaders selected by Comodo?

Comodo Regional Community Leaders are hand-picked by Comodo based on a rigorous set of evaluations designed to help us select the best representatives of developer, IT Pro, Cybersecurity Leaders and strategic technology needs of the world’s most impactful businesses.

How do Comodo Regional Community Leaders work with Comodo?

Comodo Regional Community Leaders act in a non-paid advisory capacity with Comodo. On an ongoing basis, Regional Community Leaders are asked to participate in scheduled strategic feedback sessions with Comodo senior leadership teams.

Because of their community leadership positions, passion, commitment to technology and business excellence, Regional Community Leaders have a regular outlet where they can express real-time customer and community feedback directly with Comodo engineers and the senior leadership team, including the founder, Melih A.

I'd like to become a Comodo Regional Community Leader and believe I meet the qualifications. Is this possible?

We actively search for amazing leaders. Comodo Regional Community Leader nominees come from Comodo full-time employees or other Comodo Regional Community Leaders. If you have a relationship with either of those you should express your interest. We open nominations once a year, typically in January. Usually we have very few available slots and hundreds of candidates but we are continually looking for new leaders to step in.

Does Comodo Regional Community Leader Program have specific technology expertise

We like to think of Comodo Regional Community Leaders as technology generalists. Most of them have significant technology backgrounds but have progressed their careers to the point where they have architect level depth across both Comodo and non-Comodo platforms. This uniquely helps qualify them to work with our product teams to understand the needs of all customers which ultimately helps us build better products.

What is the difference between a Comodo Regional Community Leaders and an Comodo Influencers?

Many of Comodo Regional Community Leaders also carry the Comodo Influencers title, although many are finding it harder to maintain both credentials as each has different demands on the member’s time which makes it difficult to qualify and maintain both.

However, the key differences really come down to the business consultative nature, customer experience, and cross-platform architect skills possessed by Comodo Regional Community Leaders versus the deep technical focus on Comodo technologies which qualifies an Comodo Influencers.
