The following Terms and Conditions will apply to you when using the Comodo UserTrust service to leave merchant feedback.

You agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions as outlined below. Should you reject the following terms and conditions and not wish to be bound by them, then use of the Comodo UserTrust service is prohibited to you. We may update these terms and conditions from time to time without any notice to you.

The term "you" or "your" within these terms and conditions shall be accepted to refer to you, the user of Comodo UserTrust. The term "we" or "us" or "Comodo" refers to Comodo and the Merchant's website which you are reviewing.

When submitting content to Comodo UserTrust in the form of reviews or ratings, you agree that you will not:

  1. Create more than one account
  2. Re-establish any account with Comodo UserTrust after your account has been terminated without express written permission from Comodo
  3. Share your password or user information with a third party
  4. Use any automated means to access the Comodo UserTrust information or collect any information from or about Comodo UserTrust reviews
  5. Use email tools to send spam
  6. Publish or use files or processes that pose a threat to the proper technical operation of Comodo UserTrust or the merchant site or to the security of other users of Comodo UserTrust
  7. Modify or create variant versions of the Comodo UserTrust logo or any other Comodo logos or other trademarks
  8. Engage in illegal activity in your use of Comodo UserTrust or post any information about how to engage in illegal activity
  9. Defame a third party
  10. Post material or content that violates another party's intellectual property rights
  11. Post any material containing profanity, vulgarity, hate speech or threats of violence
  12. Post or display any pornographic or sexually explicit content
  13. Post or display contact or personal information about another individual without their permission
  14. Submit content that is reasonably likely to offend a reasonable person or that attacks another user's review of a merchant
  15. Post inflammatory comment
  16. Attempt to circumvent the language filters
  17. Harass any other user of Comodo UserTrust
  18. Review the merchant more than once every thirty days
  19. Speak on behalf of Comodo or describe yourself as a Comodo employee
  20. Post advertisements, paid links, affiliate marketing, or any form of link spam.

Our Rights


You will acknowledge and accept that Comodo UserTrust may contain a large and varied amount of content. We do not manually check content posted by you prior to it being placed on the web site. However, we do provide filters in an attempt to prevent profanity, vulgarity, hate speech, and threats of violence. These filters do not monitor specific content nor guarantee that a review will be free from any offensive material. We therefore reserve the right to remove or delete in part or in its entirety any content that you post through Comodo UserTrust. Comodo is neither liable nor responsible for the content submitted by any user.

You will acknowledge and accept that all content posted on Comodo UserTrust becomes the property of Comodo, and Comodo may modify, alter, delete, repost, distribute, or edit the content as it sees fit. You acknowledge that you are the author of each message posted by you.

You will acknowledge and accept that we have the right to temporarily or permanently remove your ability to post content, and that we further have the right to ban you from using Comodo UserTrust should you break any of these Terms and Conditions.

You acknowledge and accept that in certain circumstances we have the right to provide information to your ISP at our discretion following but not limited to severe disruption by you, the provision of illegal or abusive content, any attempts made by you to re-register after being banned, or for any other reason that involves you breaking these Terms and Conditions.

You will acknowledge that reproduction of material from this web site without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. All contributions to this site are also copyright of the site owner.

You acknowledge and accept that if you are banned from use of Comodo UserTrust, you will not in any way attempt to re-register using any other name or identity not known to us, or any other email address not known to us.

We reserve the right to make amendments to these terms and conditions at any time. All changes will be made by posting a new set of terms and conditions. You are encouraged to check the terms and conditions often to see if they have been modified.

Privacy


Comodo will not sell or pass on any private details we have about you in connection with your use of Comodo UserTrust. However, we reserve the right to reveal your identity in the event you breach the terms of this agreement or in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any review posted by you.
