Qualifications :
  1. Any Degree with Certifications
  2. RHCE/MCSE
  3. HDI-SCA -considerable
Roles & Responsibilities :
  1. Meeting with customers all over the Globe over the phone, E-mail and Chat to assist in technical aspects of SSL Products
  2. Provide Technical support on COMODO Product and services
  3. Inbound and Up selling- Voice
  4. Provide Call back support
Requirements :
  1. Linux/windows Administration
  2. Trouble shooting Skills
  3. Knowledge in control panel or web server
  4. Very good experience on windows environment, Networking ,Security Products
Mandatory Skills :
  1. Excellent oral and written communication skills and Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
  2. Willing to work in rotational shifts patterns in a 24x7 global support delivery organization
  3. Basic Computer/Networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  4. Strong organisational skills and ability to successfully manage multiple tasks
  5. Able to develop a sound and trusted relationship with the Client
  6. Strong interpersonal skills; client service oriented
  7. Consistently meet service levels and to achieve high customer satisfaction rating
