Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Inside Sales Managers for our Inside Sales team to help us continue our aggressive growth! Sales personnel are responsible for generating revenue by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, understanding and interpreting customer requirements, securing orders and building customer relationships resulting in revenue growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Meet Sales goals including 75 outbound calls per day resulting in new business revenue.
  2. You should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  3. You should be a results oriented self starter with a minimum of three years business to business sales experience.
  4. Strong understanding of sales cycle, business trends, and post-sales follow up.
  5. Responsible for accurately reporting and documenting all contacts, and engaging in proper and timely follow-up with prospective clients.
  6. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  7. Must be customer focused.
  8. PC proficient including email, the Internet and Microsoft Office. CRM software experience a plus.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor or Associate degree in Business, Management or Marketing. Prior Business to Business sales experience a plus.
